Anyone that would go into a hotel/guesthouse and use their pool without at least ordering a drink or a small plate of chips (french fries for you yanks!), is the cheapest of cheap charlies and should be laughed at imo. :plus1:

A list like that for Phnom Penh would be useful.

I'll start . . .
On Diamond Island (Koh Pich) next to the golf driving range is a place. I haven't been there, but my kids and others have. Eat a meal or snack and get free use of the pool.

In Siem Reap i stayed at Sok San Villa.....had a nice little, quiet pool out the back....50c tap beer.
In PP i stayed at Home Chic Hotel (next to Score Bar), nice pool, spend $5 on food drink, swim free. 2 for 1 tap beer.

Would be helpful to rate these pools for size and overall ambiance.

Depth, ph and chlorine levels, pictures of the waitresses, and are Chinese tour groups admitted?

DIB Club is a great pool, sometimes they have DJs spinning tunes during the day, great spot for a Sunday sesh...yea food ain't the cheapest, but it's much more enjoyable than going to a shitty little hotel pool, most of which serve even more expensive food and drinks.
