Someone has alerted CEO via social media that there was a street fight late last night in Kampot at a new girlie bar that started with a rather large bloke throwing a bottle at a Frenchman and said Frenchman running him over with his motorbike and kicking him in the head.

There is apparently a new girlie bar in Kampot, called "Lucky Ya Bar Kampot," which sounds like a locally owned bar, which opened a few weeks ago. It might give the other girlie bar, Sweet Pallet Bar, which opened in May of this year, a run for its money.

The big fellow, probably in a bad mood after a long moving day from Sihanoukville, threw a bottle at the Frenchman (brown shirt, on a motorbike), which kicked off the violence. After a bit of a street fight, the Frenchman proceeded to get on his bike and run the big dude over, and when he was down, kicked his head for good measure.

A Good Samaritan (blue shirt) stepped in to calm it all down. No word on the girl in the pictures, but it looks like she was with the Frenchman.

Lucky Yabba Kampot. Great name for a bar. Attempts to be subtle while leaving little to the imagination.

I was told there is also yet another hostess bar next to Sweet Pallet Bar called Bonobo Bar. How are they naming these bars? After strange noises heard in the Kampot Zoo? WTF.

Bonobos are notorious for boning, they do sexy time instead of shaking hands. So probably for that. Luckily they live across the big river from the chimps and chimps can't swim, otherwise the chimps would have killed them.
