Drunk Westerner Playing on the Road Worries Locals (VIDEO)

Phnom Penh, Cambodian News: A drunk westerner was taken to the police station for his own protection by worried locals when he appeared to be trying to throw himself in front of moving vehicles on September 03 at 12:10 am. The incident occurred near the national bank on the busy Preah Norodom road, Sangkat Psar Chas, Phnom Penh. It is not clear whether the man was simply having difficulties to cross the road, whether he was playing with the traffic, or whether he was trying to harm himself.

Whatever the motive for the westerner's actions, after he passed out in a Pass-app tuktuk, some concerned locals took him to the Psar Chas police post.

Thats what happen: You watch Johnny English part 2. You have 2-3 maybe 5 extra drinks. Then you go outside and try to do the virtual reality as in the movie :). Later you wonder why locals dont like English humor :)
