How much does It cost to own a lady bar in Cambodia ?

In Thailand this is how it goes ..
You need to found a company for that with a minimum capitalization of 2 Million Baht. You'll need a work permit which requires 4 thai employees/salaries to pay. You'll also probably need sb each month to do accounting and file the proper documents to the government.
Including rent, depending on where you are located and size of your place those monthly cost can be anywhere from 40000 to pretty much open end.

There was one for sale on 440 for $2200 a few days ago.

It sold within 50 days of opening.
KoW is a bad place to start a business , no customer.

Beerinthemorning I know you have been in and out of this country many times and should be clued up on a few things here. The bar I have is not a lady bar. I do not hire such ladies you are implying. On the other hand, the bar is in the vicinity of several massage establishments.
I also know of past bar owners, who had visits from the works and labour, then signing documents to say they are not, and will not employ ladies for sex work.
