Kep: On July 03 at 9:45 am, an unidentified foreigner man drove Air Blade motorbike for somehow to fail on the rocky shore in Sangkat Prey Thom, Kep. He was seriously injured.

After the incident, Kep authorities took the ambulance to take the victim to the provincial hospital. The police are trying to identify the victim, the place for motorbike rental, the victim's rent house. The victim has been resting at the hospital.

I know kep pretty well amd im prettry comfuse on how tha fuck he land on the rocks, there is a pretty large sidwwalk before the small wall then the rocks, you really have to drive stupid fast to end up there.
