I eat as much dog as I can get my hands on and I really do enjoy, especially in a hotpot.
My first dog was in taiwan, on snake alley, and it was just for a laugh and to say I ate dog but it turns out I really enjoy the taste.
You need to render it until it really tender because dog tends to be tough.
Cook it long enough and it melts in your mouth.
