Saturday 16 - Sunday 17 Feb, The Waterfront Beach Club and Lounge Bar in Kep is hosting a special event to celebrate Chinese New Year. Anyone in town on those dates is welcome to come. Here is a link to the event...

It's the newest and nicest seafront destination where you can chill out, enjoy a drink or two and take in the views of the islands.
