LOL. The Khmer Times is known for being a not so reliable news source at the best of times, but this time the editor has really fallen asleep on the job. The photo OBVIOUSLY does not belong to the article here. This is not a ladyboy getting robbed after sex photo. I think it's probably a photo of the accident on Monivong.
