Premier League Football - otres/sihanoukville?

Ive been in Kampot for a week now and have struggled to find anywere open for the late UK kickoffs (8pm Uk / 3am Local).
Moving over to Otres beach today so wondered if anyone knows where I might be able to watch the spurs v west ham game live?
Happy to travel in order to watch it (within reason).
