BF and GF were hit by a speeding, drunken asshole in the early hours. The brand new bike is fucked.

GF has facial injuries from her helmet shattering when her face hit the back of his helmet. BF is bruised and shaken but okay.

Is Kampot the best hospital to get her to, or should they go to Phnom Penh?
Hoping someone is online now with sensible advice.

Plan A go to Kampot.
Plan B after their asessment if the injuries require a level of expertise not available in Kampot continue on to Phnom Penh.

Its all in the same direction.

Have insurance documentation (if any ) ready to show as well as notify insurance provider.

The number of drunk drivers at night must be staggering and l mean drivers who can hardly stand. Also the speed at which they travel - using their horn and flashing their headlights as some magic force to offer them protection from an accident.

Hope you can get the best treatment quickly.

The hospital they are at in SNV wouldn't let Ric see his x-rays. They keep telling him nothing is broken but he says it really feels like something is cracked at least, even if not broken.
