War result of foreign meddling
The Phenom Penh Post:
Feb. 12, 2019
Prime Minister HE said on Sunday that Cambodia’s recent history of conflict was caused by foreign interference.
“The wars that happened were caused by provocation, incitement, support, smearing and interference from foreign powers, and the group of ignorant people who pushed Cambodia to plunge into wars and genocide regime,” HE wrote on his official Facebook page.

Re: War result of foreign meddling
Is it the same foreign interference that now prevents us from responding in the way we'd like to?

Well it only took him 30 years to realize that! He's probably realizing that that free money he's been getting since he left Kampong Cham is about to stop. No more allowance for you, Bong!
Does he want a second wave of blanket bombing? I'm sure the US/ EU/ NATO can find a reason to bring "democracy" to Cambodia in the near future. He should just calm down and bend over a little more so Winnie the pooh can put it in, nice and slow.
Now, the man is obviously as educated as a goat. Does he really think that China is helping out of good will? Doesn't he inform himself?
