Someone sent me this photo just now and says it looked like more than one bar being torn down, right across from the old Howie bar where the GSM zombies usually sit all day.

Those bars aren't being torn down. They have been sold to hipsters who are converting them into deconstructed hooker bars.

It would be great if it is torn down, but probably they are just making room for a large premises to be constructed by somebody who rented a bunch of units or is expanding their existing business.

Lingerie shop, bedroom, bathroom, mobile phone shop/mirror shop, bank, pool table/connect 4.... so approaching the likes of a department store with children's play area.

Or is it more a dress up doll play store with underwear and dresses on the side and the girls served naked?
