Sorry if this is not in the correct forum
There an old Aussie mate of mine (no not me before some bright spark asks), down on his luck, ( got robbed etc), he's in Phnom Penh now. No money, hes got somewhere to stay now.
I suggested he get suited and booted and look for some teaching work. He has an old TEFL but no degree etc.
Anyone suggest a school he can try that aint too fussy and wont ask him any questions? I'll pass it on. Hes a decent lad and I taught with him way back In Thailand (when anyone could get a job teaching).
I let him 20 quid and like to get it back one day.....LOL
It doesnt matter how much an hour. I dont know PP School scene so cant suggest anywhere

Lend him $200 to fuck off home. He will be able to recoup that from social security, pretty quickly, and as he's an old mate of yours, I'm sure you'll have it back very soon

I don't know if there are any schools that 'wont ask him any questions'.
However, he could try BELTEI, ELT and PUC.
I think that BELTEI ask their applicants to do some kind of written submission, like a lesson plan, and they might charge a deposit on the text books he'll need for his classes.
I think PUC could ask him to give a demo lesson in the interview- if he gets that far. ELT may do something similar.
He could also try Home of English, but I think you need to be on the sex offenders' register to make it to the interview stage.

1. "Are you a native English speaker?"
2. "Have you ever taught before?"
3. "Why aren't you wearing any shoes?"
