The barang Tim Downing has made a post on Facebook claiming that he beaten by 'monkeys' on the road outside Pontoon for 'no reason'.

This is what he says:
"Pontoon is shit. They punched me to the ground on public property (road). Sprayed me with pepper spray (missed thankfully). Check their CCTV - 4 cameras - I bet they won't show it."
"This is twice I've been manhandled by these monkeys. I had no weapon, showed them a Cambodian license (I'm not a tourist) and I just wanted to see my friend."
"They had no reason to push and punch me. Girls get in free, but for foreign guys they want to charge $10."
" I won't miss Pontoon for sure. Just full of guys hooking up with prostitutes."
"Why are they so aggressive, even when I am on the road?"
"this is too much . Please have a look at the CCTV"

According to eyewitnesses...

He refused to pay the cover charge, which is common when there is an international DJ or band playing, was extremely drunk, aggressive, shouty and kept trying to push his way in past security.

I've personally always found the security at Pontoon to be quite professional, and extremely tolerant and patient with drunk foreigners.
