20 "Gangsters" Detained for Doing Wheelies and Disturbing the Local People
Chaos and mayhem in Siem Reap.
Cambodia Breaking News (Siem Reap): On July 27, 2019, at 09:30 pm, a Siem Reap inspector and a police patrol team detained 20 teen "gangsters", including 9 girls, with nine motorbikes, for doing wheelies and disturbing the local people.
The teenagers were released with some friendly advice to stay out of trouble after they tested negative for drugs.
