This video has started to go viral on social media today, showing a unit on police officers moving in on a man who appears to have a hostage and holding a meat cleaver.
It is not perfectly clear why this as being filmed from multiple angles in Phnom Penh's only modern shopping mall, but police have been criticized for the lame performance.
