[Confirmed] PP Post-Work Permits to be enforced by MOI & MOL

I have the Khmer version of the printed version of the Phnom Penh Post and on the 1st page it discusses the enforcement of the work permits for expats.
The Ministry of Interior and Ministry of Labour will both spearhead the enforcement. Fines will be assessed for those not compliant.
I searched for a English version online but didn't see one. Apologies if already posted.

Any chance you've got a link to a non-english version online? I'd like to read that, even through google-translate. Can't find anything with google.

Yes they called...I gotta go pick up my ID Card. such fucking bullshit this ASEAN is the next EU. No place to run no place to hide.
My major worry is if this screws with me back in the states in some way.
