How many of you knew this? The number of times over the years in different cars that I have tried to remember which side the fuel filler is on...

and if you don't have an arrow, likely the icon is more to one side of the gauge or the other, that's the side the fuel tank is on.

If you've had the same car for more then a week and you still need to check this, you shouldn't be driving.
