Alone at 4 am in street 51# is sketchy . I never seen so many waisted khmers/bums/beggers/dodgy f*ckers in one place in my life i advise anyone in that area to take caution .

Little off topic but does anyone have an idea why a khmer guy was going around girl bars with his canon dslr pointing it at everyone and the girls didnt seem to happy with him they were covering there faces.
