Sihanoukville 4th of July at Charlie Harper's Bar.

Free food, a (small) professional fireworks display, cold beer!
Party starts at 4 in the evening, potluck encouraged but some food will also be provided including American apple pie and a stars and stripes cake for dessert. Fireworks at 8:30. Drinking available until midnight or later.
