When I redeem the promotion for one extra can of Cambodia beer at the supermarket, they charge me an additional 1,000 riel. Is this correct? Since it's a 'buy one more can' promotion, is the supermarket deceiving customers by charging extra?

That’s not right .. it costs 500 per can so 24 is $3
Or I use 24 can winners and 4 x $1 winners which are worth .75¢ each ..

I don't remember having been asked 1000r before, whatever the brand and wherever in the country. Where do they charge foreigners (or tourists maybe) double price ?
I usually change a case of 24 cans for 7000r in my nearest bigger shop, but they're not cold. Same for Ize (50cl cola bottles).
