Self-publishing a book in Cambodia

Has anyone dealt with printers getting books self-published (in English)? Would the price and the quality be comparable to that in the States? Anywhere you can point me in the right direction?

Very professional and print a lot of government publications etc. Higher price but guaranteed top quality.
