Need help with travel insurance for a Cambodian national

Hello everyone.
Me (EU citizen) and my Cambodian girlfriend are flying to Seychelles in September for a week of holiday and to get married. I'm having some issues with finding a reliable travel insurance for a Cambodian national. The only company that offers travel insurance for Cambodians seems to be Forte insurance and their reviews are really bad. I tried AXA insurance but they only offer insurance for schengen countries. Is there any other international company where I can buy travel insurance for someone from Cambodia? I have used Google and forum search and can't find anything helpful. Maybe someone here has some experience and can help me out?
