Has the departure point changed?

Also, are any big buses doing the route?

This morning there were 3 or 4 minivans waiting outside Canadia Bank (next to Chenla theatre), but the normal waiting area for cars and minivans is taped off and more or less deserted.

To answer my own questions - yes the cars for Kampot depart from Psar Daemkor in PP the same as usual (and from Kampot bus station for the return). $40 for a private Highlander, $7.50 for a seat in a share taxi. The private taxi delivers you to your hotel (or home). The share drops you at the Big Durian/Psar Daemkor.

No, there are no big buses.
