Pchum Ben on Google calendar/Android devices

A Khmer friend mentioned to me that Pchum Ben starts Sept. 17th this year.
I replied that it is in October and took out my Android phone to show him that indeed Google calendar had the holiday in October, not September.
However, it appears the calendar is wrong. Anyone else have this problem? Is there a way to yourself the calendar to get the correct holidays?
