Currently researching the situation relating to medical treatments and service and came across many expats looking for doctor recommendations almost daily. What's your thought on this?

Its a good idea. Maybe include some other services as well? Last year I noted that the law sector is not transparent, it's hard to get prices or information about services. You could include lawyers as well.

Thanks for your feedback but unfortunately, we only want to focus on the medical field since it's already a lot to handle already. Maybe in the future?

Yes, I see. I think there is usually more need for medical than legal. If you have time maybe we could meet up to discuss how you make our app, maybe I could do the legal one. There's actually a lot of need for this type of thing, with a variety of products, in Cambodia with the language barrier and difficulty finding things on the internet.

Also, if possible, I recommend you include a review function for doctors or medical providers because one of the biggest issues in Cambodia is the unreliability and poor quality of medical care. People may hesitate to try new entries to the market because they have no idea if it is any good, as a result they stick to the tried and true like SOS, Royal Phnom Penh, etc.

You could call it DripAdvisor as most "doctors" here would put you on a drip for a stubbed toe or anything minor.

Just be careful of the defamation laws in Cambodia.

Yes, that's exactly how we want to do it. We saw plenty of independently owned medical practices that don't have many clients.

We're also a bit scared of these complications so we might have to think more about who can and cannot review. The user needs to verify their identifications in order to have access to the review. but thanks for the reminder!
