Could anybody reccomend a shop/repair guy for a large-ish electric oven?

in Cambodia that will be a new to you thermostat taken for another oven and held in withchewing gum and twisted wire. Seriously, contact the manufacturer and get a new part, and if you cannot fit it yourself let a Khmer bodge it for you and up your electrocution and fire insurance
