Real Estate Brokers/Opportunities

Good morning to you all,
I am a seasoned real estate broker and have worked in the property industry for over 20 years.
Can anyone assist with who/where to approach/research Real Estate Brokers, having worked in a London and also Dubai, I am now looking for positions and opportunities in Asia, namely Cambodia, Thailand, Vietnam.
Thank you for any pointers or direction you can provide.

well they xannot even sell the buildigs that dot fall down here. i would say you are about 3 years too late unless you are determined to lose money

maybe you can work with ken on cleaning up his english,
other than that....
seems everyone and their brother/sister, mother, father, aunt & uncle sells real estate

I know nothing about real estate. I believe it would be difficult for a western foreigner here though. Title is murky to say the least. Most transactions seem to be between Cambodians, or usually with Chinese acting as agents, to other Chinese.

Just my take on the situation,, but I think the realestate market has died for the last month or so, but there is bound to be a salesman here that will say , no it hasn't you should buy now. And guess what,,,, he would be right , cause when a market is dead there are bound to be some desperate sellers out there and bargains for some buyers.

No Seriously, its going so well at least 2 of the real estate brokers on RIverside have closed. maybe they did not have enough Chinese speakers? Word on the street is the Chinese have cut out the brokers and are bussing in big groups direct to the almost complete towers
