Friend arrested in kampot

Hello, a friend of mine got arrested in kampot. The charges as far as I know are not serious at all. Do anyone know how I can get in contact with the jail, and pay a fine or something to get him home? The guys name is Thomas Kristiansen.

Kampot, Cambodia News: A 33 year old Norwegian man, THOMAS KRISTIANSEN , was arrested on May 3, 2019, at 10:45 am, for cheating, damaging people’s property, and overstaying his Cambodian visa for 37 days.

I thought he had been released. If not, better go down there and spring him.

try immigration in Phnom Penh I heard he'd been moved to jail up there... this was before his lady friend settled their bill ....and she could not find him down in Kampot
