Where to buy one? I have seen them here in the past but can't remember where..... Usually about $10 back home.

You could try Phnom Penh General Electrics on Monivong. Sorry, don't remember the nearest cross street.

I also need a transformer. I have a 110v US appliance that I need to use here. I went to general electronics and asked and showed them a picture, but they said they couldn't help, I didn't see anything when I walked around either

The places that sell used refrigerators use them as a lot of the used imported refers are 110v

Also a lot of the older air conditioners were 110 volt using a step down transformer. I know that cause I threw one out, or should I say the aircom man that removed it gave me $5 for the lot.

I got one when I first brought over my bose , then the connection became loose and I found another hole 🕳 that takes dc which makes it a lot easier .👍. 2 holes 👍
