Any experience of keyhole knee surgery in Cambodia?

Post by Giles Wade »

I have a meniscal cartilage tear that keeps locking my knee up, and need a keyhole arthroscopy procedure to try to fix it.

I have generally had good experiences at the Royal Phnom Penh Hospital so far, but would appreciate any feedback on their orthopaedic surgeon(s) - or any other suggestions.

Thanks.

Personally, I would go to Bangkok. Either Bumrungrad or Bangkok hospital. I can't speak to the Orthopeadic surgeons, but you can research their staff online.

I'd suggest looking online and then contacting them directly - and asking how many of these surgeries a particular doctor has performed over the past year or so.
