They have, but very rare, and stock deliveries are intermittent. Last time I got some from Angkor Mart in TTP about 6 weeks ago.

I’ve been after normal Guilette (swivel, triple blade etc) disposable blades for ever. All I can find are some obscure Korean ones that are terrible.

I can only assume Cambodians don’t shave that much. Maybe a trim of their mole hair occasionally.

I'm pretty sure I've seen them in those PTT gas stations that also have the mini mart, cafe Amazon etc.
