They all stop when the teacher tries to reinforce that the last letter on a word should be pronounced. They have a meltdown & then stop going to school. Thank.

i know a lass who works at one end off 136st and goes to school at the other,she claims and looks 18 is it possible to be older

English schools?
They can go at any age.
Those factory English schools will take anyone's money.
Haven't you read threads about some gormless pensioner asking where he can send his bar girl to get English lessons so they can converse beyond the "eat rice yet?" level?

It sounds like the English school you are talking about is ELT.
I think the building on the east side of Monivong is an elementary and secondary school and the one on the west side of Monivong near Central market in an institute.
Adults would mostly go to the instutute for general English lessons and some specialised classes, such as academic writing or exam preperation. I think if they have a lot of evening classes, the institute holds classes in the elementary and secondary school building as the school kids have gone home by that time.
If I recall correctly, one of those infamous SS Waffen guys used to send his hooker girlfriend to the ELT institute.

she only washes Glasses and helps out when the bar is busy,at first i thought she had a doppleganger but now she says hello,much to her friends amusement even i draw the line at 18 yr olds,got to be in there 30,s
