Intensive English classes/programs for adults?

I want to put my girlfriend in an English class. She previously did several classes with ACE but I think theses classes only totaled 4.5 hours a week. Are there any English classes in Phnom Penh where students go to class more like 10-15 hours a week? Or failing that, what are the options for schools other than ACE, or options to supplement a class.
I know I can pay a private tutor but I was curious if there was any structured program in town for someone who wants/needs to study English more than 4-5 hours per week.
