Need to send many small payments to Vietnam what's the best way to go about it?

I need to send some 100 or so payments in a week to Individuals across Vietnam, around 30$ each.
MoneyGram Is shite as they ask 15$ for each payment.
Western Union is also bad, it would take forever to fill all those forms and it's still expensive.
Opening an account in Vietnam would probably require me to open a company to justify the flow of cash and generally cause a lot of annoyances if the govt. thinks that I am running some business from Vietnam without a company there so I prefer to operate from Cambodia if possible.
I was wondering if there is anything like a PayPal or pipay that can fish the funds from my Cambodian/EU/Chinese Visa/master/accounts and easily send the money. That would be the best for me.
Thanks.

Use BCH, Bitcoin Cash.. It may cost you a penny or two to send each payment.

Yes you can withdraw to a bank account with Paypal in Vietnam. The exchange range isn't the best and then there are bank charges. AGRIBANK charges 60,000 to withdraw to account.

As you probably know, you can't withdraw to a Cambodian bank account with Paypal.

Try Metfone's emoney or vietnamese MB Bank (same operation).

Yes, as mentioned above, Transferwise was recently mentioned to me as a good way to send money to Vietnam instead of PayPal. Haven't actually used it yet though, so can't offer any first-hand comments.

You can with xoom, a paypal service, of course.

Bitcoin exchange now provides service to attach your verified bank accounts which made easy to transfer your funds from exchange to accounts and vice-versa.

There are services such as "coinbase"
