Good (western-trained) orthopedic

Post by bong.kuit »

I had an accident a few weeks ago, and while most of the pain has subsided, I have the impression that my back is not 100% ok.

Therefore, could anybody recommend a good orthopedic that could check it? I already talked to that Danish physiotherapist at Naga, and he said I should get a diagnosis before he would do anything.

Thanks in advance.

Can’t speak for Western trained but orthopedic doctors come from the West to learn at Kossmaul hospital to relearn how to do spine surgery. The director emphasizes careful history and physical exam. He doesn’t use all the fancy stuff that’s used in the West, but instead concentrates on strong surgical technique. Surgery time and cost is a fraction of a Western operation. Results are comparable.

OP is looking for diagnosis, which fits what you wrote about careful history and physical exam.

Yes. Autocorrect has a mind of it’s own.
