How do you send Kamagra to your geezer friends?

Tired of spending ages on discreet packing and false declarations of content when sending Indian generic drugs to USA, I tried to do everything above board. After all Indian pharmaceutical companies in Canada post all the time. What could possibly be the problem?
Apparently a lot. My attempt at honesty with the powers of a state monopoly (GPO) was a miserable failure.
I asked to send registered post and was asked what is content. I said 'medicine' (vague but truthful). Clerk told me she would have to open package. I had just spent some time packing, so said no. She then told me that 'traditional medicine, pharmaceuticals and cigarettes' are prohibited to be sent by normal post. But can be sent by EMS "because they can check what is inside". This I did not and do not understand. Price? $45 for express. Forgetaboutit!
There goes my business idea of becoming a drug-lord kingpin exporting Indian generics to an eager US market. Actually, this was just doing a friend a favour with personal use amount. Apparently International pharma and big governments are in cahouts.
