Recommended Pet shops?

Post by bvanfossen »

I was wanting to check out some pets shops. I like birds, dogs and salt reef tanks.

Looking on google maps there are many businesses listed as "pet shops". Any good ones you know of to look at animals I'd like to check them out.

On a side note i was showing my GF reef tanks on YouTube and she told me when i go to work she will eat the fish  lol

Many of the bird species are illegal to keep without a permit, African Grey parrots, Macaws etc.

I have seen huskies here going for $1K each, stupid dog to keep in Cambodia

I agree, too hot here. I grew up with a husky great breed. I went to the husky breeder/ well seller anyhow, today. $500 and they all looked healthy. They had other breeds as well. GF fell in love with a tiny pomeranian pup.

Like i said though, just out to look as we love animals and it's free to do. We can't bring any back to the USA anyhow no sense getting attached.

Apparently one of our two adopted parrots is a protected species nationally.
