Is Victory hill over? Can't find rooms on booking.com

Have they bought off the Hill or what? Seems that Otres is still doing business according to booking.com.

It was in the media, I think November last year (?). 35 hotels in SHV bought by chinese to accommodate Chinese staff in one month. Khmer and foreigners not welcome. Aussie buddy of mine traveled back and forth between SHV and PP. Rocked up at his usual hotel in SHV in January this year and there was (according to him) a sign in the foyer saying, "Chinese guests only". He was turned away, with the Khmer staff who knew him apologizing.

Thanks but that does not answer my question. I ask about Victory hill. I never cared much for the mess at Serendipity/Ochoteal, for example.

No... I am talking of all of SHV... hotels in Ekreach, Victory hill etc.. being bought by chinese. Why do you assume I speak of Serendipity/Ochoteal only? Blind Freddy can see the chinese take over of SHV
