some apartments, you can just plug in the cable and autotune the tv and you will find you are connected to ppctv.
they are no good at turning off delinquent accounts.

It maybe ok for apartments where they are linked or provided. I found that at my accommodation that the cable providers don't give you warning when it’s time to renew. they tend to just come and cut the cable.

PPCTV is the best, but it's not available in all areas.

Parts of Boeung Tompoun, for instance, only have th crappy alternative with about 20 Chinese channels

All the places I've lived in came with 'tv' for a few dollars a month. Never investigated who provided it or what other channels were available. It's all shit anyway. 3 different movie channels that repeat the same movies 3 times a day and some news.

When I watch TV it's a series or a movie, or and a chromecast and a good internet connection is much better for that.

PPCTV seems to be a great choice. I've tried to change but I'm always out of the country when it comes mine comes up for renewal. My little wifey got us CCTV and continues to pay for a year. lol She can't help it because when they come around for renewal they bring glasses, plates or other things to give her.

CCTV is the cheap cable and it's like $10 a month and you pay less if you pay 3-6-9-12 months.

To build your dining set go with the 12 month haha.

PPCTV also give a little gift if you pay for 6 months or one year. Take your pick from a bundle of spoons, some glasses or little bowls. I always tell the girl dishing them out,,, If I pay for two years or more can I get a scoopy moto or tv. That has them so confused they have to go ask their boss.
