Was told to go to the national bank, but I couldn't get past the guy on the door. he told me try Ly Hour exchange so I went there and they only offered me $70. It's a complet note, but torn about half across probably by the feeder in the ATM. I didint notice it ofr a few days so the bank will not entertain a claim. I expect to take a hit but not 30%. Anyone now any where else to change it? This could be a money making opportunity for anyone who goes back and forth to the states regularly

I remember reading something in a thread about this, there were a few suggestions but the only one i can remember is that The guy who has "angry birds" and i think "Ponytail" and some others was saying he accepts ripped notes. Good excuse for a beer maybe?

I spend them in the US or exchange it for a non-torn one with a US mate.

i pay them to a restaurateur friend, i asked him would he take them to the bank for exchange.
he said he would just give them in change to a barang LOL.

How to you give a torn $100 bill as change?
