Starting a Business - What Do I Need?

I'm thinking of relocating to Cambodia from the Philippines in the next few months. I realize that there will surely be many other bureaucratic hoops to jump through, but, in theory, can I open a business with a 12-month business visa? Any info appreciated?

you sure can!
very few formalities.
anything you need to do, a little chap will come and inform you. make sure he is legit before giving money.
tourist businesses have a little paperwork and minor fees if selling food and alcohol.

if you have the money, you can do anything. Make some contacts quick.

take your time.
dont spend for 3-6 months.
many or most fail.
i have failed once so far, and will try again soon!
