Best smartphone for under 100$

I don't care if used, screen scratched a bit, whatever., What are the best secondhand ( or new) phones for 100$ or under. Obviously willing to budge a few 10$ bills on the budget, but I can't go much higher.
I don't want to make a rush decision and get one of those Samsung Chinese android knockoff things or some Huawei shit.
If need be, move to IT/Tech thread?
Like I said, NOT opposed to 2nd hand. I will be buying one by end of the afternoon tomorrow.

Samsung or Nokia recent model in the lower end range, $100 will get you a reasonable one. Get 1 week guarantee

Even an old Galaxy S2 will be fine. I would like it to be a smart phone, just for calender/sync. Prefer android, but if I have to get a $15 Nokia tomorrow to hold me over, so be it.
Whats up with those Samsung Androids that they don't have in the west. Those Grand Duos or whatever>? I hear they are chinese knockoffs.
