Specific drug availability

Hello! I will be in Siem Reap in a couple of weeks. While I am there, I was hoping to get a good price on a medicine for a friend who lives in Thailand who has COPD. The medicine is Spiriva Handihaler refills - 18 mcg. It also comes as a generic, Tiotropium Bromide, 18 mcg. Does anyone know if it is available in Cambodia, and if so, about how much it would cost?
