Payoneer in Cambodia

Hi guys,

Does anybody have experience using Payoneer in Phnom Penh?

How much are you usually charged for the cross-border fee when withdrawing in an atm?

Can you recommend a bank atm that has minimal or no transaction fees?

What is the usual daily amount limit set by banks when using Payoneer? Can you recommend a bank that has a high daily limit -- if withdrawing via Payoneer card?

Thank you once again in advance.

Will Payoneer transfer to ANZRoyal?

What other banks will deal with Payoneer (for receiving funds)?

Payoneer charges a flat $2.50 ATM fee PLUS 1.8% of the amount withdrawn, which soon adds up. And yes even though you're withdrawing USD.

You can avoid an extra ATM fee if you use MB Bank ATMs (Vietnamese bank, NOT Maybank).

There's one at Mekong River Restaurant on Riverside and a couple on Monivong, one at their branch there and another opposite a little further along.

Sorry, realised I was replying to an 18mo post. Have not tried receiving funds via my bank, just withdraw via the ATM because I suspect there will be intermediary bank fees otherwise.

I don't have an account, I just use my Payoneer card at their ATM.

I thought we established before that MB Bank ATM does in fact charge $5 for withdrawals, it's just that they don't pre-notify you of this fact? They certainly charged me $5 when I used my payoneer card.

Someone said that, but I have only ever been charged $2.50 + 1.8% which is Payoneer's fees and not the ATM's.
