shipping vitamins and supplements to Cambodia

I would like to know if Cambodia Customs have any regulations on receiving vitamins or food supplements from the United States. If they are sent into Cambodia, can you pick them up at the shipping company or do they deliver them. I am currently living in Thailand but it is almost impossible to get any vitamins sent here from anywhere. Thanks so much

I guess it depends on whether you're shipping a few bottles of vitamins, or a couple of containers full of Herbalife.

If the latter, import duties are around 40%.

I ship a few bottle of vitamins in my "care" package I get from America every 5/6 months by postal EMS and have never had a problem. I list everything as household goods/personal effects.
