We just had a water [ boat race ] festival in Takhmau on the weekend. This is what it looks like.
Motobikes and pedestrians fighting for space on the street.
Rubbish for as far as you can see the day after.

What a miserable bunch you are, just let the Khmer population enjoy themselves for a few days it's not like the majority have much to look forward to ov the next two years

I notice a couple of toilet blocks have been set up at the Peace Park (opposite the Night Market) and Cintri has placed a giant skip bin there as well. Hopefully Cintri will remember the outcry last year after workers swept all that rubbish straight into the river.

I'm sure they'll clean it up as soon as they get back from their holiday.
