Anyone here having trouble with Paypal site? Trying to buy something off Ebay, clicked the link pay with Paypal, freezes page links. Can't even open Paypal home page from Google or access the help link to ask whats up!

No Idea! I bought stuff on ebay paid with Paypal in Feb no probs! But I cant even access the Paypal sign in page from google. Linked my debit card on Ebay (which was also my linked card on Paypal) and paid with that, so far no problem.

maybe just network problems.
if paypal sees a cambo IP, they will lock.
happened to me.

Can Anyone Sign in to Paypal, please check and let me know ??????
I have used Firefox and IE, on the latter I get This error (HTTP 403 Forbidden) means that Internet Explorer was able to connect to the website, but it does not have permission to view the webpage.

1st try I just get a blank screen. Now get a timed out screen.
I've been having problems with Opennet with my IPs being blacklisted.
It's a problem with using dynamic IP addresses as you can get assigned one a spammer has been using.
You could try turning off your modem for a few minutes and turning it on again to get a new IP if you are blacklisted.

Over here in, inferior, Thailand - PayPal is working like a charm, it's connected directly to a lovely Thai bank account and is always available. Funny how that happens when your local banks aren't involved in money-laundering.
