New 5* Hotel Development for Sihanoukville
Cambodia News (Phnom Penh): On 29 November 2022, the Investment Committee of Cambodia of the Council for the Development of Cambodia has decided to issue an investment project registration certificate to MARITIME CITY CO., LTD, approving the investment in the development of a five-star hotel, business center, and entertainment center, which will be located in Village 2, Sangkat 3, Sihanoukville, Preah Sihanouk Province.
The value of investment is US$164.4 million and the development can potentially create 1,455 jobs.
