Sending money to Wing

This should be an easy one.
I want to send some money to someone via wing. They do not have a wing account, so I can't do this easily with my ABA app.
Is it possible to go to a Wing shop and just send the money to someone using their phone number only?

That's the only way I've ever done it. After you send the money, Wing will give you a code which you pass on to the recipient and they can go to any Wing shop and receive the money.

Thanks. I had a feeling I have seen those before but I always just used ABA e-Cash until they upped the minimum limit to $100

I have set up a Wing account and use this to send money in Cambodia. I juts top it up from the ABA account and send the money from the Wing app on my phone. Everyone has a Wing agent nearby but not all have an ABA atm.
Works for me.

No need for an account. Just walk up to any shop to send/receive.

I'm going to set one up, save me going to a shop.
